Podcastrology offers personalized digital astrology readings. Each reading is generated from the information you provide and is delivered in two formats: a written guide (PDF) and a personal podcast (audio file). Both are sent to you by email.
Our current product range includes:
- Daily, weekly, 30-day, and annual horoscopes;
- Complete natal (birth) chart readings;
- Numerology readings;
- Augmented zodiac sign profiles;
- Relationship compatibility readings.
One entry-level product is offered free of charge. All other products are sold as one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no membership, and no recurring or automatic billing of any kind. Each purchase is a single, standalone transaction.
4. Ordering and the Information You Provide
To generate your reading, we ask for personal data such as your date, time, and place of birth, and, for compatibility readings, equivalent details for another person.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. Because each reading is calculated directly from this data, errors or omissions will affect the result. In particular, an approximate or unknown birth time reduces the precision of any chart-based reading. We cannot reconstruct or correct missing information on your behalf, and inaccuracies in the data you provide are not grounds for a refund.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown on the Service in the displayed currency and include any taxes where applicable. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time you confirm it.
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is charged once, at the time of order, as a single payment. By confirming your order you authorize that one-time charge.
6. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally, by email, to the address you provide at checkout. We aim to deliver your written guide and personal podcast within [DELIVERY TIMEFRAME] of a confirmed order.
If you have not received your reading within that timeframe, please first check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at contact@podcastrology.com with your order details. We will locate your delivery or re-send it promptly.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Our products are personalized digital content prepared specifically for you. Under EU consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right is thereby lost.
By placing an order, you expressly request that we begin generating your personalized reading immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once that generation or delivery has started.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding content that is faulty or not as described. Beyond that, we handle refund and goodwill requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with [REFUND POLICY]. 8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, our templates, and the generated content. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and enjoy the reading you have purchased for your own private use.

Podcastrology provides symbolic, reflective readings intended to support self-understanding, perspective, and personal reflection. Our readings are not predictions and do not guarantee any outcome, event, or result.
The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for it. Relationship compatibility readings offer reflection and conversation starters, not verdicts, judgments, or conclusions about any person or relationship.
You remain fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions. If you need professional guidance, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podcastrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of internet or third-party services, technical failures, or other circumstances of force majeure.
